Shelley manages a team of pharmacists providing and developing services to the specialist tertiary referral centre for both neurology and neurosurgery. Clinical specialties include Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Motor Neurone Disease and Epilepsy, not forgetting the busy neurosurgical unit. Shelley specialised in neurosciences at King’s College Hospital in 2006.

Shelley is also chair of the UKCPA Neurosciences Specialist group, a member of the Parkinson’s Disease Specialist Pharmacy Network (PDSPN) and a clinical member of the NHSE Neurology Clinical Reference Group. Shelley also has a role in broader transformation and systems integration at King’s College Hospital, and is completing a PhD in movement disorders through the IOPPN.
