The Pullman London St Pancras hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk from three of the city’s major railway station, Kings Cross, Euston and St Pancras International.
We recommend that BNOS delegates arrive at the Shaw Theatre entrance.

If your registration is made after 14 days prior to the event, we cannot guarantee that your requirements will be catered for appropriately. Please note that there may also be a delay to your check in on arrival.
If you require an invoice please contact academia.bbmuk@bbraun.com. Aesculap Academy can invoice a hospital trust directly for your registration fee. All required information must be provided at point of request, including a PO number. We will only accept invoice requests 6 weeks ahead of the event (deadline date Monday 5th May 2025). After this time, we request that the fee is paid upfront at time of registration either by the participant personally, or by the hospital trust/departmental credit card. Changes to existing invoice requests could delay registration ahead of the event. We strongly recommend that invoices are requested at least 8 weeks ahead of the event to secure your place.
